AIDC: Automatic Identification & Data Capture Committee
- Issue: 0038
- Title: Proposed updates to ATIS-0300039, Guideline for Identifying Downloadable Software for Plug-in Cards
- Statement: AIDC has identified a need to update ATIS-0300039, Guideline for Identifying Downloadable Software for Plug-in Cards, to maintain alignment with industry needs and maintain flexibility to support evolving requirements.
- Resolution: Revisions were made to ATIS-0300039 to support the identification of standalone hardwired equipment with downloadable software capability as well the identification of equipment with Virtual Network Function (VNF) Capability.

INC: Industry Numbering Committee
- Issue: 0896
- Title: Update Section 5.4.3 to include the customer letter requirement for dedicated customer requests of the TBCOCAG to align with existing process and the text in 5.3.3
- Statement: The text in Section 5.3.3 (Initial Pooled CO Codes for Dedicated Customer) requiring a customer letter is missing from Section 5.4.3 (Growth Pooled CO Codes for Dedicated Customer) even though existing process requires the customer letter on both Initial and Growth Pooled CO Code requests for Dedicated Customer.
This issue recommends adding the missing text to TBCOCAG Section 5.4.3.
- Resolution: INC agreed to update Section 5.4.3 of ATIS-0300119, Thousands-Block (NPA-NXX-X) & Central Office Code (NPA-NXX) Administration Guidelines (TBCOCAG), with the changes proposed in INC-2020-00095R000.
- Status: Initial Closure

NRSC: Network Reliability Steering Committee
- Issue: 0047
- Title: Investigate Recommendations for PSAP Contact Database
- Statement: Following the work of the NRSC Situational Awareness for 9-1-1 Outages Task Force (NSA-TF), a business need was identified for developing a PSAP contact database (to be updated by respective PSAPs). The benefit of this will be to consolidate the work being done by all carriers and PSAPs to train, maintain, and update individual contact information systems. It was suggested that rule changes may be needed to make a centralized PSAP contact database feasible.
- Resolution: ATIS NRSC discussed the need for a safe harbor, should companies consider utilizing a national third party PSAP contact database. A proposal for safe harbor was filed with the FCC on December 7, 2020.

OBF: Ordering and Billing Forum
- Issue: 3654
- Title: Access Serice Ordering Guidelines (ASOG): Prohibited Special Characters
- Statement: There is a need to identify special characters that should be prohibited for use within the ASOG.
- Resolution: Addition of allowable special characters added to 000a clause 2.4.
- Status: Final Closure

STEP: Sustainability in Telecom: Energy and Protection Committee
- Issue: 0198
- Title: Revision of ATIS-0600015.10.2015, Energy Efficiency for Telecommunication Equipment: Methodology for Measurement and Reporting DC Power Plant – Inverter Requirements
- Statement: There is a need to reflect mixed AC/DC input as a primary source and to add additional formulas for three phase AC power.
- Resolution:

Definitions
- New Issue: Business, operational, or technical needs that a committee has reached consensus to address.
- Issue in Initial Closure: Issues for which a committee has reached consensus on a proposed resolution. The industry has a 21 calendar day period to review and comment on the consensus resolution developed by the committee. The committee's consensus resolution concludes its work on an issue unless new or substantive information is brought forth. During the 21 day review period, comments on a consensus resolution may be provided to the committee contact and committee leaders.
- Issue in Initial Pending: Issues previously in Initial Closure for which new and substantive information impacting the consensus resolution has been received. An issue may also be in Initial Pending if output that may impact the consensus resolution is expected from another industry group, regulatory body or similar organization.
- Issue in Final Closure: Issues for which work is completed and the resolution accepted by the industry.
