Glenn Reynolds, Vice President – Technology Policy and Government Relations

Reynolds joined ATIS in May 2021 as Vice President of Technology Policy and Government Relations. In this role, he focuses on developing and advocating ATIS’ technology and policy positions with government agencies, regulatory and legislative bodies, and industry groups. He leads efforts to progress the ambitious goals of ATIS’ Next G Alliance with key government agencies and Congress. His work is central to advancing ATIS’ member-driven technology policy goals in both North America and globally.

Reynolds comes to ATIS from iconectiv where he was Head of Government & Industry Affairs and Senior Counsel. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Staff for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), where he worked with an array of government and industry stakeholders in the development of U.S. technology policy. He also previously served as Vice President for Policy at USTelecom and as Deputy Chief of the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau.

Reynolds received both his J.D. and B.A. (Government and Economics) degrees from the University of Virginia.
