James McEachern is the Vice President of the MultiService Forum (MSF) and a member of the Board of Directors. He also serves on the MSF editorial board.
At Nortel, he is responsible for defining Carrier VoIP standards strategy. For the past 25 years he has been active in network and product planning, with experience covering Optical networking, high-speed access (DSL, cable, and fiber), wireless, operations, VoIP, Data Networking, and Service Management. He has extensive experience working with North American and international operators, and for two years led Nortel's European Network Planning team. He holds three patents in Optical Networking.

Paul Muschamp
Head of Information Technology Strategy, BT Innovate
Paul joined BT in 1985 to work on the design of new integrated circuit architectures. Following a move into software development, he led a number of designs within BT's operational support systems area, including those managing the UK PSTN. He spent two years in the USA as a lead designer for Concert, working on customer management and capacity planning systems. Since returning to the UK, he has held a number of posts in the BT group, including Chief Information Architect (during which he led the development of BT's first cross-business information model), and Chief Applications Architect (during which he led the development of BT's Web Services strategy). Paul is currently Head of Information Technology Strategy for BT.
Andrew White
Director of Next Generation Network Architecture, Qwest
Andrew White, Director of Next Generation Network Architecture for Qwest, brings 12 years experience designing, certifying, and deploying communications systems. Since joining Qwest in 1998, he has managed teams deploying new circuit and packet technologies expanding capacity and features in Qwest’s Long Distance and Local Voice Networks. For the past five years, Andrew has focused on service oriented architectures blending best of breed capabilities from Web 2.0, IMS, and SOA.
Andrew has participated in the Alliance of Telecommunications Industry Standards (ATIS) Service Oriented Network (SON) Focus Group, Exploratory Group on Convergence, and NGN Focus Group. Andrew is a subject matter expert in service interaction management, service enablers, and designing networks that facilitate application reuse.
Prior to joining Qwest, Andrew managed mobile battlefield communications in the U.S. Army Field Artillery. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
