Room Rates:

Room Rates for the Hutton are $149 for single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes. One Room Nights deposit will be requested. Reservations must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the arrival date to avoid any penalties.

The closest large airport is BNA. A taxi from the airport to the hotel would be ~$20.

Meetings of ATIS Committee STEP and its subcommittees conduct their business using only electronic documents. Files, including Contributions, Draft Texts, and Liaisons are uploaded in advance of the meeting in accordance with the upload deadlines established by each subcommittee. You are strongly encouraged to review documents of interest to you prior to the meeting as well as download them to a laptop computer in order to view and take actions on documents during the meeting. Documents created during the meeting are often exchanged using portable USB memory devices, and nearly all laptop computers today have the capability to utilize such devices.

ATIS STEP meeting rooms are equipped with wireless high-speed internet access (802.11 g/b) to assist the participants in the completion of committee work. Should you wish to utilize this service, you will need to be familiar with your own laptop/wireless equipment and how to configure it to access wireless networks as well as your own corporate internet/VPN. Technical support available will be strictly limited to the general connectivity issues and typically cannot assist with hardware/software/VPN specific issues.

NOTE: As a courtesy to your fellow participants, you are urged to refrain from streaming audio/video and downloading/uploading materials not related to the immediate work of the committee.
