Mission: The Local Service Ordering and Provisioning Committee is responsible for developing, evolving and managing the following local service processes:

• the Unified Modeling Approach (UMA) defining information models, electronic interface specifications (e.g. XML) and implementation guidelines
• all associated local service ordering and provisioning business processes and corresponding documentation management

*Provisioning is inclusive of the design functions up through issuance of the installation work document.
