1. Address uploading ITU documents. Mike also noted that Steve Barclay (ATIS) has been working with ITU and may be able to assist. It was recommended that the document needed now (M.3020) be addressed first, followed by a possible blanket permission for any documents needed by the Joint Team
2. Get authorization for the Joint Team to upload published ITU documents as FYI and notify ITU when a document is uploaded.
3. Verify how the TMOC-AIP-2007-029 – eTOM – GB921D document should be shown as a reference (is marked as 7.1 but it is release 7) – status update will be provided on the next call
