2. Change of text related to TMN on page 26-27 “eTOM is in fact more widely known and more used than TMN. The structuring of the general management requirements will eventually be done on the basis of the management functional areas of the eTOM FABs instead of the TMN FCAPS, which were superseded in practice by the eTOM FABs.” – See the following remark by Connie: “some non-TMF people will be dismayed by this [A.K our WT page 26-27] slam to TMN.  The M.3400 still stands by the way.  I suggest we not take sides in this matter.  Maybe we should replace this with the definition from M.3050.0 (eTOM - Introduction) or some similar description.”
3. Remove of GB938 from the IPTV OSS document – options:

   1. Re-write the quality sections, and possibly the requirements.
   2. Delete the quality sections and say quality/PM is possible future work.
   3. Get agreement from the TMF to reference GB938 and use the original text of the quality sections
4. Feedback from TMF – to be received/discussed on an eTOM call
