OBF ISOP Committee
Meeting Preparation

Welcome to the ATIS/OBF Interconnection Service Ordering & Provisioning Committee. Prior to attending your first ISOP meeting, you will want to acquaint yourself with some of the processes and procedures used in the ISOP Committee and the OBF in General.

One important step to ensuring your first meeting is successful is to gather all necessary meeting materials prior to the meeting. It's best to bring a laptop on-site and have electronic copies of all relevant meeting materials downloaded from the ATIS/OBF website. However, if you don't have a laptop available, you may bring paper copies. Please note, the ISOP committee works primarily in a paper-less environment.

Prior to the OBF meeting, you should download and review:

• All agenda files for the particular meeting you will be attending from the Upcoming Meeting page on the web;
  
  
• The OBF Naming Convention, to assist you in understanding the contents of the electronic files;
  
  
• The Meeting Covenant document, which is reviewed and revised, if necessary, at each ISOP meeting;
  
  
• The ATIS Operating Procedures, which contains the principles and procedures under which the OBF operates;
  
  
• ISOP Committee New Issue Lifecycle Process, found on the ISOP Committee Working Documents webpage.

Additionally, if this is your first OBF General Session meeting, you should plan to attend the OBF Orientation Program, scheduled for Monday morning at 7:30am at each OBF General Session meeting.
