ETB Alliance For Consistency

The purpose for AFC:

The mission of the Alliance for Consistency (AFC) is to identify inconsistencies in the standards, guidelines, etc. found in the 811 and 864 implementations and post implementations. The subcommittee consists of but not limited to mainly customers that meet periodically (either during an OBF general session week or virtually via conference call) to discuss and identify those inconsistencies that are found in the 811 and 864 transaction sets. The subcommittee is charged to determine what resolutions can be made to make things more consistent (i.e. making sure that everyone is consistent in using the appropriate values for the BIG07-Transaction-Type-Code).
