Vertical Services Ordering Guidelines

Abstract/Description
This document describes the ordering process used for the purpose of requesting vertical service. Vertical Services are optional services, as defined in the provider’s state tariff, that may be added to an end user’s basic dial tone service.
The VSOG Issue 3 provides the industry-developed guidelines for two ordering forms used for the vertical service process, and sample forms. Each form is supported by a practice containing the guidelines for use of the form and definitions for field entries.
