This document describes the process by which the Access Provider (AP) passes information to the Access Customer (AC) regarding their Feature Group B or Feature Group D trunk groups.  It utilizes the ASR format, and typically conveys a request to either add or disconnect trunks based on the output of the provier's traffic data analysis system.
