ATIS NGIIF members collaborated with communications providers serving rural areas to resolve and monitor incidents where rural customers encountered problems with call completion or call termination when placing long distance calls. The resulting documentation and findings are maintained on the Rural Call Completion website. This site is protected to ensure only industry persons have access to the information. If your company is an existing ATIS NGIIF member, you may login using your ATIS username and password. If you are a service provider who is not an ATIS member, please contact the NGIIF Committee Administrator, Rebecca Goodman, to request access to the rural call completion site.
