Wojciech Polak is working as LTE Business Development Manager in Nokia Siemens Networks where he is in charge of the LTE product strategy, industry representation and consultation of Nokia Siemens Networks customers on LTE business opportunities.

Prior to this appointment Wojciech headed for two years the Network Engineering department where he was responsible for competence creation for Mobile Networks Configuration as well as development of network dimensioning tooling for all Siemens as well as NSN products.

From 2005 till 2006 Wojciech was heading Configuration Management for Core Products of Siemens AG ensuring smooth network element integrations and upgrades for a complete Siemens Core portfolio. Since 2003 Wojciech headed Network Design and Optimization for APAC region and was responsible for Professional Services offering and delivery to all Siemens Customizer in this region.

Wojciech started his professional career in 1996 when he joined Siemens and worked among others as Country Manager in several Network Design projects in Europe, Asia and Africa.
