Donald E. Zelmer is currently a Principal Member of the Technical Staff of AT&T Services Inc. based in Atlanta, Georgia USA. He is a Graduate Electrical Engineer from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Mr. Zelmer is currently Chair of WTSC, an ATIS (Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions) Committee, Vice Chair of 3GPP (3 rd Generation Partnership Project) Radio Access Networks, Member of IEEE, and is Head of AT&T Delegation to ATIS Partner, 3GPP-PCG/OP.

Mr. Zelmer has more than 40 years of experience in the radio communications industry, with experience in the design, manufacturing, and implementation of low and high power radio communications equipment, teaching at the college/university level (both domestic and international), and standardization of radio access equipment (both domestic and international).

Don and his wife Linda are parents of 6 children and reside in Marietta, Georgia USA.
