David Waite is a Director at Altman Vilandrie & Company (AV&Co.), one of the only strategy consulting firms in North America that focuses exclusively on the communications, media and related technology and investor sectors. David has more than 15 years of experience in consulting and investment banking within the communications and technology sectors. At AV&Co., he works extensively with service providers and investors on issues ranging from market strategy and financial due diligence, to product portfolio optimization and operations improvement.

David holds an M.B.A. from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management, a Masters degree in Engineering from Dartmouth College, and a Bachelors degree from the University of New Hampshire, where he studied electrical and mechanical engineering.
