Industry Outreach
Mission: To recruit the active participation of companies involved in all segments of the IVR industry, including product and platform manufacturers and service providers.

Consumer Outreach and Input
Mission: To recruit the active participation of individuals with disabilities and their advocacy organizations so that specific user needs regarding IVR accessibility are more fully understood.

Standards and Liaisons
Mission: To establish and maintain relationships with industry and professional standards organizations.

Advanced Technologies
Mission: To keep Forum members aware of new technologies that will affect the IVR industry and the accessibility of IVRs.
