The IPTV Interoperability Forum

The ATIS IPTV Interoperability Forum (IIF) is recognized globally as the leading developer of requirements, standards, and specifications for Internet Protocol Television, or IPTV.

Telecommunications service providers throughout the world are rapidly advancing the deployment of IPTV services – the next new generation of television that promises to deliver a revolutionary new content and entertainment experience unlike any other.

ATIS, through the IIF, is developing the industry’s end-to-end solution for IPTV – a suite of globally acceptable standards and specifications that drive delivery of IPTV from the core of the network, to the end user device.

The IIF is working with Industry segments to define necessary standards and specifications for IPTV network architecture, QoS and QoE, Security, and Interoperability. These partners include:

  • Service providers and manufacturers;
  • Content and entertainment providers;
  • Manufacturers; and
  • The entire IPTV industry ecosystem.
