FCC
Reporting Requirements
The FCC requires Wireless Carriers and Handset Manufacturers to
provide status reports every six months for 3 years and then annually
through the 5th year of implementation. It allows for joint reports
to minimize the reporting burden. The next deadline is November 14,
2007.

Incubator Status Report Submissions to the FCC
The AISP.4-HAC
will provide a venue for the industry to submit a collective status
report to the FCC per the R&O reporting requirements. Participation
in the collective report is voluntary.
Submission
Process
1) Only reports submitted
in the provided templates will be submitted to the FCC by the AISP.4-HAC.
2) To have your status
report submitted in the AISP.4-HAC Report to the FCC, your
status report must be received by 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, November 15,
2006.
3) In order to ensure receipt of all of your status report information, you MUST send your report to ATIS via both e-mail and facsimile.
- Email your status report template in MS word format to Deidre Cheek at dcheek@atis.org.
- Send your status report template via fax to 202-347-7125 and ATTN: Deidre Cheek- HAC.

Fees
Inclusion
in the AISP.4-HAC Joint Report will be free to AISP.4-HAC members.
The reports will be combined into one document with a summary of
AISP.4-HAC activities attached.
Small carriers can also be included
for a fee or can join the Incubator at a reduced rate. [Click
