Taking Subscriber Data Management to the Next Level

Date: Thursday, November 4, 2010
Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm EDT
Cost: Free

Discussion: While being a fundamental step towards a more efficient and less CAPEX intensive network, Subscriber Data Management also gives Communication Service Providers (CSP) a unique platform to improve the overall experience of their customers. Consolidating data into a single database is just the first step.

During this Webinar, you will learn how CSPs can turn customer data into real-time actionable insights, proactively improving the quality of their existing services and introducing new ones that are tailored to each individual customer. By delivering this experience in a personalized package, operators can provide value that goes beyond connectivity and create sustainable and profitable relationships.
