Full Membership
Companies that meet one or more of the following criteria are eligible for Full Membership in ATIS:

• A provider of telecommunications services with a plant investment in transport and/or switching equipment.
• A reseller of telecommunications services provided by a provider of telecommunications services with a plant investment in transport and/or switching equipment.
• A manufacturer of telecommunications equipment used for the provision of telecommunications.
• A developer of telecommunications software for telecommunications equipment used for the provision of telecommunications services.
• A provider of enhanced services.
• A provider of operations support used in the provision of such telecommunications services.

Affiliate Membership
Affiliate Membership is reserved for entities not eligible for Full Membership. These include government agencies, academia, trade organizations or associations, consumer advocacy organizations, philanthropic organizations and other groups of a similar type. The annual dues fee for ATIS Affiliate Membership is $1750.
