February 25, 2009, Arlington, VA - SUPERCOMM organizers today announced that the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) will provide two days of educational programming at SUPERCOMM 2009. Scheduled for June 8-11, 2009 at Chicago’s McCormick Place, SUPERCOMM is the annual international broadband event for a new industry, a new economy and a new world of communications.
ATIS’ SUPERCOMM 2009 conference program will explore the future of communications technologies and feature prominent executives from the global industry’s leading companies. During the two-day ATIS event, which includes three knowledge tracks – LTE, IPTV and Service Oriented Networks – key technology leaders and stakeholders will assemble to debate and discuss the industry’s most promising technologies.
“ATIS has historically been an extremely valuable component of our conference, and we are pleased to have them return for SUPERCOMM 2009,” said Jim Forlenza, executive director of SUPERCOMM. “ATIS and its membership play an integral role in our industry’s evolution through senior thought leadership and standards development. Their continued innovation and consciousness of the developing marketplace ensures a high-quality program.”
“We are pleased to again join SUPERCOMM at this important industry event,” said Susan Miller, ATIS president and CEO. “During such a critical phase in the industry’s evolution, there is an increased need for clear and objective information.
