CableLabs Joins ATIS as a New Affiliate Member

June 17, 2008, Las Vegas, NV- CableLabs®, a non-profit research and development consortium dedicated to the development and implementation of new cable telecommunications technologies, has applied for and been granted affiliate membership in the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). CableLabs joins the over 300 information, entertainment and communications companies that make up ATIS’ large and diverse membership. ATIS is the leading technical and operations standards development organization, dedicated to the rapid development and promotion of worldwide interoperable, implementable, end-to-end industry standards.
