Telecommunications Visionaries To Discuss Industry Direction at TELECOM ’04
ATIS Technology Forum to Bring Top Executives Together at Premier Industry Event
August 17, 2004, WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, ATIS and the United States Telecom Association (USTA) announced that the lead technology officers from Verizon, SBC, BellSouth and Qwest will appear together to discuss future innovations in the communications industry at USTA’s TELECOM ’04. Appearing on the panel will be Paul Lacouture, Verizon’s president – Network Services Group; Chris Rice, executive vice president – Services and CTO, SBC; Bill Smith, BellSouth’s chief technology officer; and Balan Nair, chief technology officer, Qwest. ATIS President and CEO Susan Miller will moderate the session on Tuesday, October 12.
