ATIS Welcomes ADC as Member Company – ADC President, Wireline Systems Business Unit Mike Pratt Joins ATIS Board of Directors

Washington, D.C. –ATIS, the leader in communications and information technology standards development, is pleased to announce that ADC (NASDAQ: ADCT) has joined ATIS as a member company. Representing ADC on the ATIS Board of Directors is Mike Pratt, President of the Wireline Systems Business Unit.
Founded in 1935, ADC develops, manufactures and markets infrastructure products and services required in the foundation of nearly any communications network foundation, including wireline, wireless, cable, and enterprise networks around the world. The Wireline Systems Business Unit develops access systems for the successful deployment and management of advanced DSL networks. In his role, Mr. Pratt leads the growth of the company’s copper-based access technologies. These include all forms of next generation DSL applications that leverage the existing copper plant, fiber deployment and broadband access platforms.
