NISC Telecom Division Vice President
Gerry Fisher Joins ATIS Board of Directors

Washington, D.C. – ATIS, the leader in communications
and information technology standards development, announced today
that Gerry Fisher, Vice President, Telecom Solutions Division
for the National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), was
elected to serve on the ATIS Board of Directors.
Fisher has served in various positions during his 24-year tenure
at NISC. As Vice President of NISC’s Telecom Solutions
Division, Fisher oversees the conversion and daily support of
NISC telecommunications members. Prior to his election to the
ATIS Board, Fisher served for several years on ATIS’ Ordering
and Billing Forum’s (OBF) Message Processing Committee.

the communications industry, NISC looks forward to playing an
active role in ATIS,” said Fisher. “The standards
and solutions developed by ATIS address a wide range of industry
