Industry experts will address questions concerning the compatibility of the two technologies; the legal requirements for TTY use for Local Exchange Carriers (LECs), Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs); the challenges Standards Development Organizations (SDOs) are addressing; the possible scenarios where VoIP may affect a TTY call; and the critical next steps for the communications industry.
