PEG 2012 Annual Conference
March 13-15, 2012 - Huntsville, Al

The Protection Engineers Group Advisory Board (PEG AB) is pleased to announce the 2012 annual educational and training conference for individuals concerned with protection engineering. PEG 2012 – Professionals Educating Professionals will take place on March 13-15, 2012 in Huntsville, Alabama on the corporate campus of ADTRAN, Inc. The program will feature 20 presentations by noted professionals on such topics as: grounding, bonding, lightning, RF interference, ONT damage, telecommunications systems, power, and standards updates, as well as field experiences. A separate Distinguished Lecturer Program entitled Surge Protection 101 also will be featured the afternoon of March 15th and presented by Michael “Mick” Maytum, a noted international standards expert in protection engineering.

PEG 2012 will feature not only the presentations but also include a Vendor Demo from manufacturers that provide services, equipment, and supplies. On the evening of March 13th, a reception and dinner will be held at the US Space and Rocket Center followed by a tour of the facility.

All attendees to the PEG 2012 will be eligible to receive “professional development hours” certificates from the PEG Advisory Board.
