Letter
Ballots

All letter ballots are available via the Contribution Registration Database and may be accessed by Committee members. After successfully logging into the system, users should use the "Search" option and either provide the exact letter ballot information in the "Filename" text box (e.g., LBX001), or select the "Document Type" pulldown menu and select the option for "Letter Ballot" (users should also select the appropriate "Committee" (OPTXS) and "Year" (2005) to narrow the search results). Please note that letter ballots are assigned to Committees, not Subcommittees.
The hyperlink to the letter ballot(s) is also provided in the original e-mail notice from ATIS Ballots and announces the issuance of the letter ballot, voting form, and other related information.
