| Registration: | The ATIS Committee Participant Registration Package provides the following at NO CHARGE to ATIS committee participants:
In addition, ATIS members and committee participants will attend the ATIS-wide General Session for Committees. Meet members of the Board of Directors and hear the latest on the strategic direction of ATIS' standards activities. The ATIS General Session will include the presentation of the 2005 ATIS Annual Awards. Please note that registration is required for this meeting. The full schedule of events for the Annual meeting can be found here. Please note that the PTSC schedules are tentative and further details will follow from the PTSC leadership. Please register for any meetings that you would normally attend. You have the option to register for other ATIS sponsored meetings as time permits and space allows. Registration is requested for all meetings you plan to attend. |

Room Rates: |
$219.00 for single or double occupancy plus applicable state and local taxes. A deposit of one room night plus taxes will be required upon making your reservations. All cancellations must occur 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Please note that the room block will be closed when full so please ensure you make your reservations as soon as possible. |

| EDH Requirements: | Electronic Document Handling (EDH) tools are utilized at the PTSC meetings. Many of the files are uploaded prior to the meeting and you are strongly encouraged to download and review those of interest to you prior to the meeting. You should bring a laptop with these files in order to view documents during the meeting. The ability to read CDs or 3.5" disks will allow you to view late documents as well as those created during the meeting. PTSC utilizes wireless high-speed internet access. For access please be sure bring an pre-installed and operable 802.11B compliant wireless LAN card. |

Early Patent Disclosure Notice: In connection with the development of an American National Standard, or other deliverable that requires use of patented inventions, the use of patented inventions shall be governed by the ANSI Patent Policy as adopted by ATIS and as set forth in the "Operating Procedures for ATIS Forums and Committees". For a full copy of the policy, please see Section 10, " Intellectual Property Rights Policy ".
Disclosure of relevant patented inventions at the earliest possible time in the development process is encouraged.
An opportunity will be provided for the members to identify or disclose patents that any member believes may be essential for the use of a standard under development. The response will be noted.
Neither the Committee, nor its Chair or Vice Chair, ensures the accuracy or completeness of any disclosure or whether any disclosure is of a patent that in fact may be essential for the use of standards under development.
Participants are reminded that participation in industry fora involves the potential for antitrust concerns or risks. To avoid such concerns and risks, participants should carefully observe the "Operating Procedures for ATIS Forums and Committees". In addition, sensitive discussion topics such as price, territories, specific contractual terms, etc., should be avoided. Any participant having concerns or questions regarding sensitive discussion topics should consult with their company's legal counsel, the Committee leadership, or ATIS legal counsel.
