Identifies and resolves technical and operational issues for the implementation of trouble administration functionality.

Develops an understanding of applicable business rules for trouble administration and ensures that those business rules are consistently applied across identified technologies.

Provides clarification of attributes and their use as specified in standards documents, interprets process flows, information requirements and data modeling standards as applied to implementation strategies.

Assesses impacts to existing guidelines, OSSs and work processes.

Documents the results of this work in generic Joint Implementation Agreements (JIAs) and Generic Implementation Guidelines (GIGs). A Managed Object Conformance Statement (MOCS) is also included in JIAs/GIGs that cover CMIS/CMIP implementations.

May interface with the TMOC working groups and the Network Interconnect and Interoperability Forum (NIIF) relative to proposals for new attributes or changes to existing attributes.
- Shares in the mapping of attributes to existing OSSs and work processes.
