TA Task Force--Trouble Administration

 

The Trouble Administration Task Force:
  • Identifies and resolves technical and operational issues for the implementation of trouble administration functionality.

  • Develops an understanding of applicable business rules for trouble administration and ensures that those business rules are consistently applied across identified technologies.

  • Provides clarification of attributes and their use as specified in standards documents, interprets process flows, information requirements and data modeling standards as applied to implementation strategies.

  • Assesses impacts to existing guidelines, OSSs and work processes.

  • Documents the results of this work in generic Joint Implementation Agreements (JIAs) and Generic Implementation Guidelines (GIGs). A Managed Object Conformance Statement (MOCS) is also included in JIAs/GIGs that cover CMIS/CMIP implementations.

  • May interface with the TMOC working groups and the Network Interconnect and Interoperability Forum (NIIF) relative to proposals for new attributes or changes to existing attributes.

  • Shares in the mapping of attributes to existing OSSs and work processes.
